The sales scan is an interactive scrolling screen that allows the users to see the status open sales orders. It is much more than just a dashboard. The orders to be displayed can be selected by due-date range, customer, salesman, part number, width, PO number, order type, and percentage completed. The status of the orders includes is it setup on a job, when is that job scheduled to be ran, is the order setup on a truck to ship and, if so, when. This scan screen allows the user to drill into the details of the job, truck, inventory assigned, etc. to easily find the information. The lines displayed are color coded to allow the user to easily see the status of the record.

Order Entry

The Order/Quote Processing Module is a comprehensive module designed to help you manage a quotation from its inception to the time it becomes a sales order. Quotes can be entered, modified, or cancelled on-line. If the quote becomes a sales order, it can be converted with one keystroke. Flexible and powerful search routines allow users to inquire into stock (by grade, length, weight, dimensions, heat number, metallurgy, mill, etc.), showing stock On-Hand, On Order, Committed, Allocated, and Available for Sale.
